There are 4 small dings like car door dings in barely noticeable places. I think you will find the exterior in very good condition for the price and age. The trailer has a loan on it. Funds will be placed in my attorney's client trust account. He will act as an escrow company and see that the loan is paid and title is transferred to the new owner, unless purchaser has a better idea. New owner can take delivery as soon as the funds are clear in the trust account. Please no bottom feeders. I am not desperate to sell it. It is a great trailer at a great price.
