Hello everyone, we have a great trailer for sale, we found it in a barn in Hamilton! It had been sitting for 20 years!! at the moment it has two single beds and a fold out double size. Its in the last phases of restoration, some of the work that has been done is as follows: -Totally gutted -Frame cleaned up and re painted -All seams caulked inside,no leaks.(and will be done on the outside as well) -New insulation -New electrical -New plumbing -All new custom cabinets -PVC laminate flooring -Custom made stainless steel shower base -New toilet (rv model) -New dishwasher (120v,small model, under countertop) -All interior window frames cleaned up and buffed (aluminum) -New window dressings -New battery -New induction cook tops (2) And much more to come. Its currently indoors at a millwork shop and we work on it every chance we get. The exterior will remain as is, we think it looks awsome especially considering its older than we are! This model is ideal for a parkmodel or use it as a tiny home! The tires and brakes are not in running order, we had it transported here, any interested will have to do the same. It has 12v hooked up, new battery, and can easily be expanded, or integrate solar panels. All appliances are currently 120v.The trailer has a 30A hook up. Has clean water tanks(not hooked up, because its just hooked up to a direct hose line) Black and grey water tanks are hooked up and working great.
