2014.5 Airstream Interstate 4 SEAT LOUNGE 3500 EXT, Airstream Interstate Lounge Ext has 4 Captains swivel soft leather chairs. Beautiful walnut cabinets. Rear sofa electric fold out with side seats manual for huge sleeping area. It is more comfortable than our bed at home with a 2 inch memory foam added. A TV in back can be played separately from the one in front with sophisticated audio/video system that has beautiful zoned sound and a Navigation system. Power drivers seat. We tried all the B class and this was the quietest with the best ride. It is a 2014.5 as they upgraded the chassis ride and added lane warning and side vehicle warning in mid year. The size is perfect for a week trip, a weekend or taking it to a concert or to the ball game. The cabinets and fixtures are much better quality. One look inside tells people it is the top of the line Airstream. The power awning is so easy that we used it much more often and it has LED lights. Ladies, the wife is nuts for cleanliness (no shoes inside except to drive). Men, the dump has electric valves and winch to pull the small macerator cord back in and a tank cleaner inlet. Lots of storage space in back under the bed and then room for suitcases or golf clubs. A cubicle built into the floor can be used for tools or as a cooler. The generator is quiet and we did fine for 3 days on a tank of propane. The air conditioner is very cold and can be adjusted for front or back vents or both. The hot water is plentiful and heats rapidly. There is an automatic system to tell you when to add DEP and the turbo diesel climbs hills and passes like a dream. Again all very quite which was our priority as others would have increased road noise. You can sit in those seats with lumbar back supports for 10 hours trips and never hurt. The rear view color camera is sharp and wide angled. The hitch receiver is hidden with a 7 way plug. Talk to me about an electric brake controller for a trailer. It is wired for one. No dents. There are numerous small netted cubby holes are very handy to store little things like window cleaner, rags, flashlights, paperbacks, etc. The good part is that I had the opportunity to retire early so we will be on the road 6 to 8 weeks at a time instead of a week or two and we will need to let our Airstream go. We will miss the convenience of parking at Taco Bell or being able to park close and run into the grocery store. Our friends will miss the fun of riding to the ball park or special events. Don't waste money buying it new when you can drive ours for much less. Some of the photos are commercial simply because they are better than I could take but they accurately represent the unit
