Rare! First Year Model 1965 Airstream Caravel This is not a Fire Sale! We just don't have time to enjoy this Classic Airstream. I have for sale a 1965 Airstream Caravel that is 17 feet from tongue to bumper. Sleeps three as the 2 couches pull out to beds. This trailer is ready to camp! You can hook up to it and go camping. Everything works and the oven has been replaced with a microwave. Has a rooftop air conditioner that blows cold for those hot summer days. The trailer was restored last year and has new Pex plumbing, wiring, grey water tank and converter. The floors are solid with no issues and it pulls great. Tires are about 6 months old and 95%. Gross weight is 2250 lbs and a tongue weight of 250 lbs. All window glass and trim are in very good condition. The exterior does have minor dings from hail (that you need to be looking for to see) and would not show up in the pictures--very minor. I recently learned of the amazing self healing properties of aluminum and was told that if left out in the sun that they would likely not be noticeable at all by the end of summer. There is one small dent ( I took pictures of all the bad spots, last picture) on the bottom right front but still looks nice. Because of the minor hail damage it does have a salvage title at the insistence of my insurance company. Some states don't even require a title, but this one has a clear title to the new owner. If you have further questions please feel free to ask. Thanks for looking!
