REMODELED to modern cabin theme - PLEASE READ ALL before contacting me.1966 Airstream Land Yacht 31ftThis is still a project but could be done and ready for an office, glamping or tiny home within a week or less of part time work.This has been a project of mine for some time now but here are the details.- All new Flooring- New Interior Paint- Faux grass back wall covering- Have all window screens- All glass windows- New Mattress (twin but you can easily make it a full size in the same area)- New dome wheel caps- All electrical outlets work when plugged into 30amp- Gas stove works- Underbelly is solid- Tires are in great conditionNEEDS:- I suggest a instant electric water heater and run new lines to the toilet, shower, BR sink, and kitchen sink.- I suggest a electric AC unit from HD and hide in rear closet and- water heater (I'd suggest instant electric approx $175)- over head lighting (removed / outdated look)- propane line closed off to fridge and heating area but stove is good- no toilet lines, need to design a new one but is easy enough - due to all sewage lines disconnected shower is not functional yetNOTES:- Indention along left side mid way but not that noticeable. Still amazing condition for being 50yrs old.- rear bumper hatch cover missing but you could make another easy- Exterior roof was painted previous by owner with a heat reflecting paint.
