There is no generator. It was removed by a previous owner. The roof photos show two air conditioner housings. One of them is empty (no unit), and the other has an air conditioner that may or may not work (unsure until further testing). There are no house batteries installed, only one engine battery. The propane tank is still available but may be capped off somewhere down the line. I did not see any propane connections in the interior of the RV. Roof on top of the cab area has a dent (see photos). Dash Gas Gauge does not work. The steering wheel padding is disintegrating. All six tires are in good condition, as they were replaced in September 2018 and only have a few hundred miles of use. Items repaired in the last few years: Broken leaf spring replaced. Front air bag coil springs and shocks replaced. Starter, alternator, brake master cylinder replaced. All three belts (water pump, power steering, alternator) replaced. Transmission fluid replaced. This is a rare opportunity to buy a travel-ready and travel-proven used 1993 Airstream trailer in excellent shape. 25ft is the optimal compact length to be able to get into all campsites and still having all amenities like full oven, shower etc. with you. The interior has been maintained in its original appearance. At the same time we have done upgrades to be able on the road comfortably with our kids. - Beautiful real hardwood floor throughout (Austrian maple by Kahrs) - 300W solar panels with two 75Ah deep cycle glass mat batteries, 1500W inverter (thats 3kWh of energy!) - The air-conditioning has been removed to make space for the third solar panel. Outlet and roof-cutout are still there so it can be easily put back. - Fridge with freezer, water heater, furnace, ceiling fans have been serviced/repaired, all fully functioning. - Front side couch has an extension to almost king-size bed (which is stored in the drawer beneath the sofa). The back side beds have an extension to fill the gap between the twin beds, creating a flat king-size bed. Both these extensions can be easily removed since the hardwood floor extends all the way to the back. The original cabinet with the lamp is available. - Microwave has been removed to create space for a oil-wine-etc. bottle holder, but it is available as well. - On the outside the seals have been resealed where necessary. - There is a long scratch on the roadside exterior with a 10x3in section covered with a panel from the previous owner. Three minor bumps on the passenger side rear corner. - The clear coat is coming off as is usual for this age, but I leave polishing up to you if you want (the outside currently understates intentionally) - LED lighting throughout (except the bathroom). Again, this is a rare opportunity to obtain a fully functioning trailer of that age for travelling. We have been on an extended read trip and we wouldn't have been on the road that long if the trailer wouldn't have hold up that good! Serious inquiries only, please. 1993 Airstream Excella , All original 30 ft, 1993 Excella 1000 in a very decent condition. Damage to both ends repaired with filler and paint by previous owner. Windows in both ends ends replaced with plexiglass during repair. Interior is 95% present, with dinette seat cushions and master bed drawers missing.
