1987 Airstream Excella , 19887 excella triple axle. has rock guards and a protective fold down awning for the front window. has had the brakes done and bearings repacked. Is a rear bed room gas water heater, stove, furnace, the fridge did just go out on it. there is a soft spot around the bath areas especially the toilet from a leak that has since been fixed. it is located in Arizona and has been used as a winter living spot. So that it has been gently used. No longer traveling to Arizona for winter stays. Needs some tlc like some upholstery and a woman's touch. wood in excellent shape. Awnings full length and in great shape. Air conditioner is also about 5 years old. $12,500.00
