light marble colored marmoleum with a satin finished aluminum edge trim. All cabinet edges are covered with the same trim.
The sides have been recovered with 2024t3 aluminum to give that clean vintage look. Many hours have been spent giving attention to adding rounded corners and
radius fronts on all cabinets and counter tops. The floor has been covered with a light colored shell marmoleum which makes the teak and bamboo really stand out and pop. All sliding cabinet doors are set into flat black powder coated tracks like all window frames and hatch trim. A custom curved couch made with high density foam, tropical barkcloth from Hawaii, sunbrella bottoms, teak wood trim and moldings with satin finish aluminum edge trim, storage drawers and doors below covered with bamboo ply. It also has a slide out to make into a double bed with two stowaway filler cushions made of the same tropical material. Just forward of the entry door is a built in book case and bamboo swing out computer table with 110 plug in
Built to match existing cabinets. At end of couch road side is a small end table with access to water tank and 12 volt pump, aft of that are storage cabinets with built inn bar and wine bottle slide out drawers with bamboo faces, wine glass holders, bottle holder and stainless back splash. 19’’ Sharp flat screen TV with DVD player and swing out wall bracket installed above counter top. Kenwood cd/mp3 stereo receiver built in Bluetooth and remote. Behind that is a new 3 way dometic frig freezer, a built in microwave and more cabinet space. Across to the galley curb side aft of entry door we have lots of cabinet space and drawers a new deep stainless sink with pull out Moen faucet, aft of that is a new black Wedgwood vision 3 burner propane stove with oven, custom spice cabinet and stainless back splash. There are also two built inn book cases with corrugated stainless face trim at ends of both cabinets. A suburban propane heater is built into forward side of galley cabinet with stainless louvered vent covers. Above there is a 12 volt exhaust fan with stainless face and black trim. All window trim, hinges
and hardware have been powder coated flat black or painted flat black and are in working order. All fasteners through out build are stainless steel. Custom curtains made of tropical barkcloth from Hawaii have a unique style they roll up instead of opening side to side with slots in both sides so you can open windows without rolling up curtains. Main salon and galley over heads have new foam padded vinyl panels with curved teak and holly cross beams between, with teak trim below. There are two sconces with dimmers above couch custom made from Moon Shine lamp company and several other light shades through out trailer. Main salon and galley have recessed 12 volt led lights in ceiling with dimmer switch and under cabinet led lights all done with marine grade wiring. The original control panel is in place and in working order. In some areas plumbing has been replaced with new marine grade hoses,clamps,fittings. The bathroom has more curves than you could imagine done up with marmoleum to match main salon and galley, it has a shower with a teak grating seat and polished stainless bottom, custom curved curtain rod and Moen shower head and controls, custom fit fiberglass shower pan with teak and bamboo trim and a Tommy Bahama shower curtain, Kraus 14’’ vessel sink and brushed stainless bamboo style faucet. The fresh water tank is 45 gallon and brand new along with new marine hoses and fittings, the bathroom is a site to see with teak cabinets and bamboo door and drawer fronts and lots of satin aluminum edge trim. Bathroom has a new fantastic 6000rbta 12 volt ventilation fan as does the main salon. Comes with a 10 gallon Attwood propane water heater with new control, fittings and a brand new polished aluminum access door. The outside has been brought back to look like a jewel, many hours went into polishing and repairing metal parts, diamond plate has been installed on steps, around propane tanks and new lift up hatch above rear bumper. A receiver has been installed in rear bumper to carry bikes, generator or whatever. Bumper has been polished and front hitch area has been sanded and painted black, propane tanks were sanded and painted and installed with new hold downs. There are new propane lines to stove and frig with new flare fittings. All propane lines were tested for leaks and secured to body. Air conditioner has a new fiberglass cover and thermostat and
will be tested for leaks and recharged. All exterior lights and reflectors are new and working. Name plates have been re chromed and aluminum lettering powder coated flat black and reinstalled with caulking. A 30 amp stainless marine shore power plug was installed next to a new TV cable box and water fill locking door. A stainless louvered vent was installed for venting refrigerator road side and a black vinyl Bra has been fitted and installed with stainless fittings and Velcro to front of trailer. Two new banana wraps were installed on front road side and curb side. TV cable has been installed to overhead in main salon to receive direct TV or antenna. New tires and polished aluminum rims, one brake replaced and others inspected and are in working order, bearings recently checked and packed. Heavy duty deep cycle marine battery in rear.
