I am selling my 2007 Aerolite 30BHSL bunkhouse with slide out. And as the name Aerolite suggests, it is a light trailer weighing in at 5,000 lbs. Most SUV's have no probli pulling this trailer but of course check your towing capacity. We are the original owners. Trailer has air conditioning / heater, gas/electric water heater, gas/electric refrigerator, microwave, ceiling exhaust fans, tub/shower combo, 2 bunk beds, couch that turns into bed, kitchen table turns into bed, queen bed for master. Sleeps six adults plus 2 bunk beds. BBQ Grill (New) that attaches to trailer outside with propane hose that ties into trailer propane. There is plenty of storage and cabinets. Additionally, it has an outside shower, awning, spare tire, quantity gauges for fresh water tank, black and grey tanks and battery level. In addition, they are heaters for black/grey tanks and fresh water tank. Industrial caster wheels underneath, at the rear of trailer to protect rear of trailer from dragging on the ground when driving thru large dips. Registration tags are new as of January 2017. Avoid the long lines at DMV and use my AAA vehicle services to transfer title.
