If you are looking for the best two slide floor plan ever made in the RV industry then you need to see this one. This Winnebago has many features over other RVs. One is a fiberglass roof! You simply do not see this feature in other brands, and if you are considering other units in the 2003 year range you will find out that they are due to have the rubber roof replaced!!! This is because they age out and are considered to have run their lifespan at 12 years old. You simply do not have this problem with a fiberglass roof system! This feature alone means you are looking at a superior design with true value built in from the factory. The entire unit is painted with IMRON paint. 1999 Winnebago Rialta 22HD. This is the best floor plan, with a rear dinette that folds into a bed. I had custom wood floors installed that match the upholstery so it's easy to clean after a camping trip. It also has a brand new fridge, the Norcold N306, which is the updated version of the stock fridge. The stock fridge is a huge problem area in these and it cost me four figures to upgrade. My expense is your benefit! Fridge runs on LP gas, DC, or AC and includes freezer. 1999 was the first year of the more powerful engine that has no trouble towing or driving up steep hills in the mountains. It gets 20-25 mpg, which you won't find in any other gas powered RV. Everything is in perfect condition and functional, including generator, AC, stove, oven, microwave, sink, shower, toilet, fridge, satellite tv hookup, fan, furnace, water heater. All servicing is up to date, just recently replaced the serpentine belt, tensioner, and water pump with OEM Volkswagen parts. Must see to believe! I won't hesitate to say this is the nicest Rialta out there.
