This RV is in el primo condition. The Mercedes clean burning diesel gets 16 mpg, is very smooth and quiet, and has had oil changes regularly including May of this year. Odometer is 25k and the front tires are equipped with Tyron steel safety bands, a $2000+ addition. The roof and body have been resealed (Aug. 2016, $2400). ALL TIRESare brand new. The leather front seats are totally adjustable including they swivel to become part of the large living space enhanced by a living room slide.. All of the appliances work perfectly and the RV is totally self-contained. The generator is LPG and supplies plenty of power for the AC and two TVs, (LR and BR), Microwave/convection oven, and lights. For sleeping arrangements the front couch folds out to form a comfortable full size bed and in the back, the two twin beds are convertible to a King size bed, easily accommodating two adults and a small dog. The kitchen area features an extra fold-out shelf and sink covers for additional counter top space, a two burner gas range top, a full size 3 way refrigerator with top freezer, double stainless sink, and loads of cabinet space. The bathroom is adequate for actually taking a shower. The 16 foot awning is totally electric. We have never towed with this vehicle, although it does have the towing package. It is maneuverable enough to use as a car without bothering with a toad. The narrow width (90") makes for very comfortable driving even in the city and back country roads. This RV could easily be used as a second car. "My second car is a Mercedes" could actually fit nicely. Winnebago together with Mercedes makes this a very high quality vehicle.
