PRICED TO SELL- MH with Option on Towed:This MH has two huge slides; the living room and the bedroom/closet. Closet moves out with the bedroom slide providing a large dressing area. The brochure published by Winnebago Industries on their website for this specific model shows all the details on the motor home. Air Conditioning and Heat is primarily provided by a Heat Pump (in addition to gas furnace), rather than conventional AC units on the roof. We have made the following changes have been made: Living and Bed Room TV's replaced with flat screen digital TVs/DVD's; Radio/Cassette player replaced with a Radio/CD Player; Coffee pot replaced with a Toaster Oven; microwave oven with a Microwave/Convection Oven; Shower Stall replaced with new along with new Residential Type Fixtures that are much easier to use than the original fixtures. After Market Add-on’s: 1) Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bar (1,000 + Value): This feature was added (in addition to the existing anti-sway bar) and eliminates being pushed around on the road by high winds and passing 18-wheelers. Even these large motor homes pitch and roll with every gust of wind or passing semi, list to port or starboard on the curves, and waddle over speed bumps, railroad tracks and driveways. The addition of this aftermarket (one of the best on the market) all but eliminates this problem. 2) Safe-t-Plus Steering Control ($800 + Value): Not all dangerous driving situations have caution signs; a blowout around the next curve, a sudden gust of wind from a passing truck, or a new pothole at the bottom of a hill. Any such unexpected event might send a vehicle out of control. Safe-T-Plus is a steering control device that will automatically stabilize the vehicle, enabling you to safely maneuver through an unexpected perilous road situation before you're even aware of it. 3) Tires, all eight tires were recently replaced with new Toyo tires meeting the original specifications at a cost of $ 2,700. Tires have now traveled approximately 3k miles. The first set went over 40k miles. 4) Brakes: New rotors, calipers and pads were installed at 32k miles. 5) Roadmaster BlackHawk2 All-Terrain Tow Bar: (a $1,500 value): This is Roadmaster's top of the line tow bar (10,000 lb. carrying capacity) and it is more than capable of towing any trailer or vehicle. 6) Swagman Traveler XCS 2 RV Bike Rack that integrates perfectly with the Roadmaster tow bar.  It is a platform rack, supporting the bikes with the bike tires resting on the rack.  The rack accommodates all types of bikes including the bulkier "Cruiser" bikes  MH has some scrapes and bruises (it is, after all, used), however, it is in excellent condition overall. This is an awesome motor home that is ready to take you on your next adventure! It has the Chevy 454 with ONLY 68,000 MILES!!! It runs and drives great! INSIDE AND OUT THIS MOTORHOME IS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION! Everything in this motorhome works great. Outside there is a nice amount of storage. It is already set up for towing. There is a nice GENERATOR, so you can easily go dry camping. The living room has a very nice layout, and tons of large windows that fill the space with natural light, making it feel light and bright. The neutral decor throughout is easy on the eyes. The captains chairs swivel to join the 3rd chair and sofa in the living room, making a great shape for conversation. There is a driver's side door for added safety as well. The dining booth is smartly next to the kitchen. This is an amazing Class A motor home with ONLY 48,000 miles on it. It has the 275HP 5.9L CUMMINS DIESEL engine on a freightliner chassis, with the ALLISON TRANSMISSION. At only 34 ft long it is short enough to maneuver easily, but with the slide out, it is spacious enough to provide all the storage and creature comforts. Inside and out this motorhome is in great shape! It is definitely worth coming to see and take on a test drive. The rich wood color throughout makes the space feel warm, and the decor is beautiful with ocean tones, and neutral patterns. The layout is awesome because of the large slide in the living space. The slide holds the couch and dining booth. The slide totally opens up the space. The front captains chairs swivel around, making a great shape for conversation with the couch and spare chair/recliner. There is also a pull out table for extra dining space for the passenger captains chair and the recliner. The kitchen is very smart with good amount of counterspace with SOLID SURFACE COUNTERTOPS, and fully equipped with microwave/convection oven/hood fan, stove, oven, double sink, double door fridge/freezer, and NICE PULL OUT PANTRY. Between the captain's chairs is the entertainment center, and there is a desk at the passenger side captains chair. There are nice overhead cabinets above the dining booth and couch for extra storage. The bedroom has a walk around queen size bed, and lots of great storage including a nice closet, tons of built ins, and over head cabinets. The closet has a WASHER/DRYER UNIT! The bathroom is great. The shower, sink, and commode are all in one private room, that can be expanded into the hall to make the bathroom space even larger. This is great because you can use the bathroom easily as a private changing room. This motorhome has a fully ducted furnace, and air-conditioners. There is a nice generator as well making this unit fully prepared for dry camping. This coach has hydraulic leveling jacks, back up camera, electric steps, power mirrors, driver's side door, AIR BREAKS, AIR ASSISTED SUSPENSIONS, EXHAUST BREAK, and more. PRICE REDUCED! This motor home has two huge slides; the living room and the bedroom/closet. The closet moves out with the bedroom slide providing a very nice and large dressing area. The brochure published by Winnebago Industries on their website for this specific model shows all the details on the motor home. Air Conditioning and Heat is primarily provided by a Heat Pump, rather than conventional AC units on the roof. There are some minor differences from the brochure. The large TV was replaced by the original owner who also replaced the Radio/Cassette player with a Radio/CD Player. There is also a DVD player installed. We have replaced the coffee pot (coffee pots due wear out) with a toaster oven and we recently replaced the microwave oven with a Microwave/Convection oven. Other more significant extras which have been added are described below. This motor home does have some small scrapes and bruises (it is, after all, used), however, it is in excellent condition overall. There are no mechanical or safety problems whatsoever. We are the second owners.
