Listing this for my parents. Very well maintained. Never planned to sell as was meant for retirement. Selling due to medical reasons. No Rust! Stored inside during winters & whenever not in use. New batteries, $3,000+ worth of new tires two years ago before being put in storage. Not used since due to medical issues. Never lived in...never smoked in...no pets...no kids. 1998 Winnebago Adventurer 35, 1998 36 ft Winnebago Adventurer - I think it has every option available. Ducted Heat and A/C, Levelers Back Up Camera, Super Slide. Good Tires 55K on the Ford V-10 OD trans, 4 wheel disc brake, Tow Hitch, tons of storage, low hours on Generator. Has some water damage from a broken skylight in the bathroom. The skylight was repaired and the damage cleaned. Damage doesn't look bad and doesn't effect function so I never messed with it.
