The Class A needs some simple TLC. The AC is currently not working and needs to be replaced. Everything else is functional. The seller currently keeps the unit hooked up to electricity, making sure air is moving inside the RV. Did not notice any funny smells. The seller is slowly going through all his belongings, and everything is included in the sale but the personal items of the seller.
