Reece fifth-wheel hitch and brake unit included; Garden tub with shower; 2 - 30 gal propane tanks; awning new in 2015; battery new in 2015; shackles, bushings, links replaced in 2014; roof repaired, A/C cover and skylight covers replaced from hail damage 2008; prior Salvage title 2008.
