FOR SALE IS A 2004 36ft 5TH WHEEL MONTANA RV WITH 4 SLIDE OUTS/ SLEEPS 6 RECONDITIONED. FOR THE MOST PART.IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT BUYING AN RV YOU SHOULD READ THIS. EVERYONE SELLING RV'S TELLS YOU ALL THE STUFF IT COMES WITH AND PRETTY PICS, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE MAINTNANCE, I SAW NO WORD OF HYDROLIC LINES OR UNDERCARRIAGE ETC. I BOUGHT THIS RV TO TAKE A TRIP OUT WEST WHEN MY WIFE GRADUATED NURSING SCHOOL. I HAVE RENOVATED MOST OF RV.( for the most part) MY WIFE GOT A JOB OFFER RIGHT OUT OF SCHOOL SO WE ARE NOT :( TAKING OUR TRIP OUT WEST. I WAS PLANNING A 4 WEEK TRIP. WITH THIS NEW JOB I DO NOT EXPECT HER TO HAVE OF 4 WEEKS IN A ROW ANYTIME SOON. SO I MUST SELL AFTER ALL THE WORK I DID. INTERIOR- clean - some wear , brand new carpet thru-out, 2 new couches(sofa beds, not the softest but new ), brand new mattress (in the plastic, firm,)( SEE PICS) cleaned top to bottom, even cleaned out the ac vents and repainted vent covers. comes with working tv, fireplace(does not flicker), cold ac, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, 2 part sink, privacy door to master bedroom, separate master bedroom entrance from outside and washer hook ups. One curtain may need to be replaced, rest are new or in good shape, personal preference really.Minor blemishes to walls or cabinets. Ceiling fan does not work. Don't know why. Every other light works inside and out, including running lights, brake lights and turn signals. I don't know about you but not having to walk, sit, lay or sleep on something that someone else has done god knows what on was VERY important to me.PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A USED 04 IN GOOD SHAPE BUT DOES SHOW SOME WEAR, I CAN NOT POSSIBLY POST OR PIC EVERY LITTLE THING. THANKS EXTERIOR- outside is in good shape... from the bottom up- I have pulled down the plastic below the rv to inspect everything,(see pics) no rust on frame (aluminum), replaced ALL hydraulics lines WITH HEAVY DUTY HOSING ($500) plus labor, TIRES- BRAND SPANKIN NEW RV TIRES, axle and brakes and leaf springs are in good to great shape, bearings greased, body of rv is in fine shape , all slide outs work and have been resealed on top, no leaks just preventative maintenance., roof is in good shape NO LEAKS AT ALL, 16 FT awning is ok, has some wear on top but works fine, retracts fine looks fine from underneath. ******* I HAVE A GENERATOR ON SITE SO YOU CAN TEST EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU BUY*********IN ALL, THIS IS A NICE RV WITHOUT THE NEW RV PRICE. ALL THE WORK I DID WAS TO ENSURE A GOOD TRIP WITHOUT COSTLY UNEXPECTED PREVENATIVE REPAIRS, I AM A BIG BELIEVER IN MAINTNANCE AND PREVENATIVE REPAIRS. NO ONE IS THINKING ABOUT HYDROLICS OR BEARINGs UNTILL THEY FAIL.PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME FOR MORE PICS OR TO COME SEE IN PERSON.
