Air Conditioning has new controls and just been serviced, heat done last winter ; Maceration pump with 150 of hose, 100 feet of power cord for remote use; Roof has been reflashed and coated ; Built in couch has been removed and two rocker recliners in slide out ; New queen mattress ;Tires were new when we purchased to build our house , 140 miles on them ;Located in Troy Al , could be hauled to Panhandle of Florida ; Nice 32 foot bunkhouse; Needs a new awning cover, mechanics work fine
