2004 Keystone Cougar 304BHS, 2004 Keystone Cougar 304 BHS Bunk House POLAR PACKAGE Bumper pull travel trailer. Sleeps 7-8, 2 slides (living/ dining slide and rear bunk bed slide), separate front master bedroom, separate rear bunk bedroom, hide-a-bed in the couch and fold-down dinette for another bed. Heater and A/C work great, Fridge (2-way propane/ electric) and stove (3 burner, with oven) and hood fan/ light work great. Double sink in kitchen.Tanks in good condition. Has LP Gas Detector, Carbon Monoxide Detector and Smoke Alarm. New tires September 2013, at which time bearings were packed and all brakes were completely replaced. ALL Mattresses were replaced with custom mattresses/ organic/ memory foam mattresses made by the European Sleep Shop in Riverside, CA in 2013. Yes, both bunk mattresses, the couch hide-a-bed mattress and the queen master mattress. You will enjoy these mattresses as much if not more than the one in your home. ($3000 retail value). Has 20 ft Awning, but showing some weathering. (These can be repaired by a tent/ canvas shop for a fraction of replacement cost- I just have never used it) Rear bumper holds spare tire & also pulls out for additional cargo carrying. Additional features: Day shades and night shades, Lots of storage inside and out, Full bathroom with tub inside, as well as outside shower, Original carpet, but linoleum floor has been professionally replaced with wood grain vinyl that gives it a cabin look.
