It has a new water heater, batteries, back tires and spare tire. Also included is a GPS with back up camera, blue tooth and Pandora music. An over the cab bunk provides extra sleeping accommadations. The living area has a flat screen TV, booth dinette which converts for sleeping, and two swivel rocker chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. The rear bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV and closet storage.The bathroom has a sink with vanity and toilet.
