This fifth wheel has many features that you will love, such as an outdoor kitchen, rear bunk house, kitchen island, and quad slides. As you enter the fifth wheel, to the right there are stairs which will lead you to the bathroom and front bedroom. Inside the bathroom you'll find a toilet, corner shower, sink, medicine cabinet and skylight. The bedroom has an entry door from the bathroom or from the hall, queen bed, nightstands and overhead cabinets. The slide has a wardrobe and a linen cabinet. As you head back down the stairs, you will come to the kitchen and living area. The dual opposing slides help to open up the floor space. The first slide has a dinette and theater seating with cup holders. Above the theater seats you will find an overhead cabinet. The slide on the opposite side of the fifth wheel has an entertainment center, pantry, three burner range with oven, overhead cabinet, refrigerator, and microwave/vent combo. The wall adjacent to the slide you will find a storage hutch. In the middle of the kitchen there is an island with a double kitchen sink . The rear bunk house is a place for your kids to enjoy. Along one side there is a slide with a sleep, play and an upper bunk. Across from the slide you will find an upper bunk with a TV/drawers, and wardrobe below the bunk. Enjoy fixing your meals outside at the exterior kitchen. You will find a refrigerator, sink, two burner range, and overhead cabinet. Used 1 season, still under manufacturer's warrenty, has a transferrable 3 year warrenty after manufacturer's warrenty expires.

Beautiful & barely used. Never been smoked in, and never had pets in it. We've only used the camper about 5 times. It has been garage kept since we purchased it new in May of last year. (until we pulled it out of the garage this past weekend to make room for our new camper, and put a For Sale sign in the window) We are selling this 5th wheel for no other reason than we decided a different floor plan would work better for us and our growing family. (we added twin grand daughters to our family after purchasing this one last year) This unit has a power awning and two slides, all of which can be operated by using a hand held remote. It also has the 'auto leveling' system. The shower head has been upgraded and so have the faucet fixtures in the shower. The originals are in the box and will go with the unit in case the new owner would like to change them back. The queen mattress in the master bed room has always had a waterproof mattress cover on it, so it's the same as 'new'. We took the recliners out and replaced them with a wall huger reclining love seat. The original love seat folds out into a full size bed. The kitchen dinette also converts to a bed, this camper will easily sleep 6 people. Everything is in excellent working order. We will also sell our 2011 Chevy 2500HD if you happen to need a truck to pull it. It has 130,921 miles on it. It is in excellent mechanical condition. The body has a few dings in it, but nothing major. It has the Vortec V-8 gas engine, with a 6 speed automatic transmission with manual shift selector. 3.72 Gear Ratio. It also has the factory towing package, Intergrated trailer braking controls, towing mirrors that are heated.
