Beautiful and very large 39 foot Open Range RV. This 2011 bunkhouse edition features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths large enough for the whole family plus guests, sleeps 10! The many upgrades include a full size generator, four seasons package, self leveling system, automatic slides, washer/dryer combo (added within the year cost $1400), Corian Counters w/ upgraded cabinets and center island bar, leaf insert for dining room table, four new tires (less than one year old), three flatscreen tvs w/ surround system entertainment system in the living area, central vac, and more. Tons of storage and very spacious and well maintained- we are non-smokers. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, spacious closets, dresser, flat screen tv, separate a/c system and full bath w/ modern raised bowl glass sink and walk in shower. The second bedroom which is located on the opposite side for privacy has two pull out full size beds and two twin size upper bunks (that's 4 beds in all) plus a double sided closet, flat screen tv, built in desk and 1/2 bath. There are two entrances and a nice electronic awning. The exterior has an outdoor shower system and hook up for tv and air conditioned storage areas. This RV includes a transferable warranty that covers nearly anything that could go wrong which is in effect until the end of 2019. When we purchased we added exterior paint protection so no waxing is necessary. The interior received a fabric and carpet protection plus warranty against staining. Both A/C systems were recently serviced and work perfectly. The NADA value with all options is 41k-49k.
