Very clean high end 5th wheel. All appliances are in good working order, all slide outs work as they should. It has never leaked water, no stains or soft spots in floor. The carpet, trim, and furniture have no sun fade. There are many nice options that I have added. I bought it new from my local dealer and have always serviced at the same dealer. The tires are a few years old and in good condition. I've never left the state of Missouri with it and it has been used approximately 6 times a year at state parks.
