This is a two owner 5th wheel. First owner used it one year ( his wife died) and it set until I bought it last year. I have feel in love with this. It is comfortable, homey and everything you need to vacation for extended periods of time. I am only selling because I have bought a house and am moving to area permanently . There is a fully functional kitchen, with bar. Nice table and chairs, Tv, electric fireplace, 2 recliners , love seat ( folds out to bed). Bathroom has full stand up shower, Bedroom has nice king size bed, full closet, storage under bed, storage closet, dresser , washer and dryer. Lots of outside storage. This 5th wheel is in mint condition!
Reece fifth-wheel hitch and brake unit included; Garden tub with shower; 2 - 30 gal propane tanks; awning new in 2015; battery new in 2015; shackles, bushings, links replaced in 2014; roof repaired, A/C cover and skylight covers replaced from hail damage 2008; prior Salvage title 2008. Everything in good working order. Has been used in 2016.
