Everything works in kitchen including refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, oven, and 3 burner stove, new kitchen faucet. Air conditioner works like new, heater works great but runs on propane tank so we used an electric heater & that worked perfectly for us. Maintained roof once a year. Has skylights and very open spacious floor plan. It would be a great RV for living in. We used it to live in for work purposes & parked at a clean rv resort. Registration current till April 2017.
