Front fiberglass cap needs some TLC and possibly a gelcoat. Awning is NOT included. Does not have an awning installed. It was removed and disposed of from wind damage. The material and arms were damaged. I should have used tie downs but the awning was fully automatic and it had a mind of it's own. You may install one of your choice. Rubber roof looks good and a wind vane is installed on septic vent to circulate the vented air up and out the top vent. Hardwood cabinets, trim and moulding throughout.
