All appliances in good working condition. Six-gallon gas/electric hot water heater; 30,000 BTU furnace; 15,000 BTU roof air; microwave oven, LP leak detector, drawer under dinette. Dinette sleeps two small persons (children). Sofa sleeper has been replaced with a lightweight easy chair. Storage: under dinette seat without drawer, under L-Couch, in step, under bed. Lots of cabinetry with solid oak fronts, and small wardrobe in bedroom. Shower and sink are separate from toilet. Linen storage in toilet area. Outside shower. Outside storage: pass-through with access from both sides and front; one smaller storage area beside hot water heater. GVWR 11420, hitch weight 1100. Exterior length 30'0", exterior width 8'. Exterior height with AC 11'10". Fresh water capacity (with filtration system) - 43 gal. Black water capacity - 37 gal. Gray water capacity - 74 gal.
