2014 Open Range Open Range , 2014 Open Range "Open Range" 389 BHS 5th Wheel. See Pics at: :// /rvs/4980334000.html If you have or will be camping with small kids or a lot of friends and family this is the rig for you. Its in brand new condition, I have serviced it myself and cleaned it after every use. It stays stored in a covered storage unit when not in use. Check out the youtube link to see exactly what the floorplan is like. Open Range doesn't make this one anymore even though it is a 2014 but the modes they have now are much more expensive but don't have the square footage. With the slides open this is about 500 sq feet. You have a spacuous master suit with a closet and hookups for a washer dryer. The bathroom is full sized and has tons of storage. It holds roughly 100 gallons of water, 100 gallon grey tank, and I think its a 60 or 80 gallon black tank. The Galley has a U shaped sofa that wraps around the entire slide out and nearly the whole length of the living room area. Inside the sofa is a queen inflatable bed that two adults can sleep on well and there is still room between the bed and island. There is a ceiling fan, electric fireplace with a thermostat for winter and it can heat the whole thing. It has a island in the middle with a double sink and on the opposite side of the sofa is the double size fridge that can run on power or gas. The range has a cover top for added counter space but I have never cooked in the rig at all. The bunkhouse has its own door and tons of storage inside there. There are 4 bunks and the bottom right bunk can convert to a dinette for those rainy days when you want to play cards with friends in the galley and want to turn the kids out in the bunk room. On the exterior you have twin AC's, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen that includes a microwave, fridge, slide out duel burner gas range, drawers, cabinets, and a sink. There is a ladder to access the roof on the back and I had a steel bumper with a 2" receiver added to the rear. Its clean and looks great and can hold anything you put on it but don't exceed your trucks GWVR. In the front of the rig you have 4 gas bottles as well and the rig comes with a outdoor shower as well. In addition the deal comes with the 5th wheel B&W hitch that couples with the "turnover" ball system. The turnover ball on my truck is not included in the deal but the hitch worth $2k is. So check out the pics I posted and the video is the best but save your money and don't spend $78k when you can spend only $58k and have all the bugs worked out for you already plus the best in the market hitch.
