I purchased this unit new. We used it on the East Coast traveling from Baltimore down to Florida. After that we returned to Missouri and we used it about twice a year for the last eight years. This great RV has been kept inside a climate controlled metal building. Some great features of this RV is the 5KW propane generator and the 15,000 BTU heat pump. The heat pump can help you save on propane by using electric. This unit also has a microwave/convection oven and a refrigerator with a icemaker. Also installed is in reverse osmosis water system. There is a central vac system with a dustpan port. There is plenty of storage in the basement, from the photos you can see we were able to store three bikes under there. The basement storage goes fully across to the other side of the RV. In the bedroom there is a king size bed with ample storage under the bed and plenty of closet space. The awning is automatic and has a remote. And also there is a wireless remote for the generator to remote start it. On the roof there is a storage pod for additional items such as chairs, and there are covers on all the vents. There are two fantastic vents. This RV is great for any long term camping or spending the winter down South. The hydraulic system operates the jack stands and slide outs making set up a breeze and very quick. The only reason I am selling it, because it doesn't get used enough.
