This unit has been kept in storage at Lakewood Campground in Myrtle Beach, S.C. since its purchase in July 2014. We have never towed it. This has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom can sleep up to five people- 3 bunks and a couch that makes one queen size bed. The other bedroom is the master. It is a king size bed. This unit has lots of storage. It comes with a fireplace. The living room/kitchen area can sleep 3 people comfortably. The table makes into a bed. The couch also makes into a queen size bed. The outside kitchen has never been used. It has a sink, microwave, refrigerator and grill.
