2015 Heartland Gateway 3650BH. My family of 5 lived in this full-time for 7 months. This has less than 500 travel miles on it and we kept it in great condition. It comes with everything a new one would PLUS a washer and dryer, alarm system, and the balance of a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. Additionally, we added some extra storage items and it comes wtih all the hoses and a 50amp to 30 amp plug converter. I say in the video that it is 38 feet but it is actually 41. There's 430 square feet of living space which worked just fine for a family of 5. We are coming off the full-time life and want something a little smaller. You really can't beat this camper because it has everything you need!

Fifth wheel with a bunk house and dual bathrooms in amazing condition and ready to go RVing. We've used it 3 times since we got it. It still smells new, and is very clean on the inside and out. The only issue I could find is that the front cap is starting to fade, and I've reflected that in the price. It has dual AC units which has no problem keeping up in the heat, a nice new Sony 32" TV for the main area, and a wall mounted LCD in the master. It has a King size bed that is very comfortable. Slide toppers on ALL slides and a power awning. Master bedroom closet has hookups for a washer dryer.This RV has a bunk house with dual slides, and 4 beds. It can easily sleep 4 or 5 in the bunk house and has a separate half bath. This was our 4th RV, so we've treated it well, and it's in really good shape. Wheels and tires are in perfect condition. We're looking for a good home for it, let me know if you're interested! It's sitting on my property in the Atlanta, GA metro area.
