We have had the trailer since October of 2016, everything is excellent condition. Still has factory warranty, 4 seasons, w/d hookup, fireplace, 2 a/c units, big closet and lots of storage, L-shaped couch folds out into queen bed, 47" TV in living and 32" in bedroom, 2 recliners, dinner table with addon center piece, tires are like new, auto level system, is setup for a gooseneck hitch, Anderson 5th wheel to gooseneck adapter. Selling for payoff, have all original papers on it still. Baby #1 is on the way so we are looking to get a bigger trailer. Thanks for looking.
