2012 MVP destiny rear entertainment. Single owner and extremely well maintained. This fifth wheel is better than new and still has the new trailer smell and 1 yr left on the factory warranty. I can also throw in another 3 year full coverage warranty at full asking price. It has a six point leveling system that is hydraulic / electric. Best of both worlds. The entire trailer has a remote to open and close all R slides and awning. The exterior of the coach is perfect. No scratches dents or problems. We have the coach waxed 3 times a year. It also comes with the cover that we keep it under when not in use. Includes wheel covers as well. It has brand new Good Year high end trailer tires as well as a whole other set of custom rims. The coach has outside speakers and hook ups for an outdoor TV. It has an automatic satellite dish equipped with direct TV. The forward storage compartment is massive with 4 separate areas and room for everything and then some. The pull out tray goes both ways and is very convenient. Under the tray is secondary storage and next to the central Vac system is a 3 rd area we would keep our chairs. There is a fourth area under the bath room that has the whole trailer water filter system with yet still more storage. It has an instant hot water heater so you never run out of hot water. The sewer hose is also very unique it is attached to the coach in a swing out tube. It makes life so nice not to have to drag out a dirty hose every time you want to dump the oversized waste tanks. Rear back up camera with 10 inch in cab monitor included. The awning is in excellent condition with no abuse, rips tears etc. The interior in this coach is in pristine condition. We cleaned every inch of it after every trip. The wood is always polished as well as when stored we kept a bucket of water inside to keep the wood from drying out. The decorations you see on the top shelf of the kitchen will go with the trailer unless you don't want them. They were permanently mounted when we bought the trailer and they never have moved. The master has a full walk around king bed with night stand. The semi walk in closet has room for a full time couple if needed as well as washer and dryer hook ups. A Tv and dresser for even more storage and a safe under the bed. Central Vac with a broom sweep collector. The living area has the fireplace and a large 50 inch tuck away TV. Windows all the way around with day and night shades. A pull out queen sofa 2 comfy leather recliner chairs and two bar stools to make pleanty of room for guests. 3 burner gas stove, double wide re fridge and freezer, microwave with convection cooking if needed. Wine rack, spice rack not shown but huge. Large stainless double sinks and pull out faucet. Coffee machine nook, tons of storage all around. This trailer makes an excellent all around either full time home or a weekend winery machine. Either way whoever ends up with our coach will be very happy. Fully serviced every option recently.
Selling a 1994 Jayco J-Series 5th Wheel Trailer 30' 6" for $6500 obo. Fully loaded. 1 large slide out. 4 brand new 10 ply tires in April for about $750. Heating, air conditioning, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, shower, sink, toilet, queen bed, couch, dinette, chair. No washer/dryer, no tv.My preference is to keep the truck, but willing to sell the truck and hitch for $12,900 if you are purchasing the trailer as well. Truck is not available for purchase separately. It's a 2005 GMC Sierra 2500 HD Extended Cab truck with a B & W Companion Hitch Model 3500. Hitch is easily removed from bed of truck in minutes so that truck bed can be a "normal" hitch free truck bed when you are not pulling the trailer. 81K miles. Installed four new 10-ply tires in April for about $750.
