Rear kitchen layout, with 13' slide that holds couch (folds out to double bed) and bench with table. 2 propane tanks, 3 Max Air vents. Slide out has awning (5 years old). Fridge is 5 years old (New fridge is $2,000). New awning fabric on door side in 2013. New tires were purchased in March 2014. Lots of storage inside and out, large basement/garage. No leaks or holes. All appliances are in excellent working order. Nada guides states should list at $10,500.00 since it is considered a clean unit, with these listed options, not including upgrades. Asking $8,750 or best reasonable offer. Recently saw a 1999 5th wheel Montana (28') with exact same layout, listed at dealer for $13,500 (US funds and not in as good as shape). No trades please.
