We are selling our 2010 Keystone Alpine 3640RL 5th Wheel. (See here for floor-plan: :// /media/246321/ , also note that the very top photo is our exact unit.)Here’s what she looked like brand new: s:// q=2010+Keystone+Alpine+3640RL+images&biw=960&bih=440&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiEir-5jrDNAhVT1WMKHWr9Bd8Q_AUICSgEWe are asking $41,300 in cash (based on the NADA guide: :// /RVs/2010/Keystone-RV/M-3640-RL/4116359/Values ), or you could possibly (if approved by our bank) take over our low monthly payments of $390.82/mo.We bought it new and lived in it for about 2 years on a beautiful property, then we moved into a house in town and the 5th wheel has sat in a very safe, rodent free storage unit ever since. It has never been towed except to get it to Ojai from Trailer Hitch RV in Nipomo. Which is a great selling point, as it has no wear-n-tear from the vibration and jolting of thousands of miles of towing.THE INSIDE is extremely clean and looks brand new with no apparent wear-n-tear. We upgraded from the cheap RV mattress to an expensive, really comfortable mattress. At the time of purchase we had the swinging door from the shower-room to the bedroom removed and the passageway widened, and it really makes it much nicer! It has a much more open feel and is way easier to walk by without that ****** door in the way. We also upgraded to a vent-fan above the bed that works like magic to bring in fresh air from the 2 side windows next to the bed (if u close the sliding door to the living room and block the bottom with a pillow).THE OUTSIDE front decal looks like it has been parked facing south in the hot Ojai sun for about 4 years, and yes it is indeed faded, but the rest of the outside body looks pretty darn good.In order to keep the roof warranty valid I had to re-seal the roof every year, and indeed I did just at the beginning of each rainy season. So there are no leaks now, nor have there ever been any.A great selling feature is that I bought the transferable 7-year “extra ride” protection package that will be good till the end of 2017, so if pretty much ANYTHING goes wrong with this trailer you can have it fixed/replaced for free. In 2012 the TV broke and they replaced it very promptly for free, and we have had nothing else malfunction. We sold the sofa-bed to make room for a desk, but nothing else original is missing. We also opted to get the single door fridge because we wanted the extra pantry (which holds a lot!)Anyway, to sum it all up this is a very clean, lightly used trailer whose only drawback is exterior aesthetics because it had to sit in the sun.
