Like new, this 39' 5th wheel has many wonderful features. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (storage underneath), full wall of closets, eight drawer dresser, area for washer dryer combo unit (not included), and a full master bath with a skylight and full size shower. The back bunkhouse has lots of storage, three bunks as well as a slide out couch that sleeps two. The half bath off the bunkhouse can also be accessed from outside. The main living area has tall ceiling, lots of cabinets and storage, gas fireplace, mounted 42" LCD tv with pivot arm, DVD player with sound bar. Couch folds out to sleep 2, dinette also sleeps 2. (Full unit sleeps up to 11, depending on size). Kitchen has decent counter space, refrigerator/freezer (gas or electric), microwave/hood, cooktop and oven. Central vacuum. Cabinetry is dark cherry giving a rich, warm look. Outside, there are four slide outs, outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop and swing arm gas grill. Power awning, awnings over slide outs, power front and rear leveling jacks. Air conditioners are both 15,000btu, furnace is 35,000btu, heat is ducted in the floor and AC is ducted in the ceiling. Fresh water capacity 60 gal, grey water capacity 70 gal, black water capacity 35 gal, twin 30 gallon propane tanks with automatic switch over, water heater 6 gal (gas or electric with about 10 minute recovery time). Hitch and wiring included for towing boat or enclosed trailer. Large, lighted pass through storage under front bedroom accessible from both sides. Additional storage under nose.
