Very nice 2005 Montana 3295RK. Second owner, purchased two years ago. Non-smokers. Receipts for most (if not all) since new. Has been parked on a seasonal site since purchase. Tires are good, covered year-round. Two 24" LCD TVs. Updated kitchen and bath faucets. Strong water pump. All slideouts have awnings. New main awning about 5 years ago. New roof last year - a tree branch fell on it, made a small hole with zero structural damage. The insurance company *insisted* on a completely new roof! Currently located at seasonal site in Gettysburg, PA, but unit must be moved from the existing site after purchase. We will be upgrading this year and would like to sell this unit prior to the upgrade. Flexible scheduling to see the unit. Here is some info I gleaned from the brochure (will send if you want): Water capacities: 62 gal fresh, 76 gal gray, 38 gal black- 50 amp service, 35k BTU furnace. Options include: Moving to Montana Package, Value Package, 15k BTU ducted A/C, outside shower, slide room awnings, free-standing dinette w/4 chairs, hide-a-bed sofa, power vent fan w/rain sensor, all vents covered w/MaxxAir, ceiling fan, fireplace, washer/dryer prep, arctic insulation package.
