Camper is in excellent condition, and selling because we hardly ever use it. Has 4 bunk beds in the nose and the main sleeping area is in the rear with the slider. The table and couch are part of the large front slide out. Has an upgraded rear bumper for towing (never used). Has air conditioning, ducted propane furnace, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and oven. Has a 6 gallon hot water heater. Has a stand up shower, vanity/mirror, and private bathroom. Very nice 32" TV w/entertainment system to include outside speakers. The jacks and large awning are electric. There is an outside shower spicket and propane quick disconnect line. All winterization has been done by Georges RV in Minot. The two axles were greased and packed last June by Georges RV. Camper has been used maybe 10 times since I purchased it new. I will include the 5th Wheel hitch. 5th Wheel has been towed by a 2013 Ford F250 Diesel 4X4 Crew Cab FX4, approximately 34K miles, will sell separartely for $36K. Please email for additional photos.
