Very quick to set up. 2012 Jayco Eagle Super Lite 30.5 RLS, This 30 1/2' 5th wheel is like new and still has a new smell to it. Covered in the winter. Kids have all left home and we are moving on. Queen size bed, pull out couch with automatic air mattress, tall ceilings, 3 waste tanks (black and 2 grey), 80 gal fresh water tank, gas & electric hot water, 27" TV and DVD player, speakers in the living room, bed room and outdoors all controlled separate, central air & heat, lots of storage, front and rear electric leveling jacks, electric awning, electric one slide out. Pull in and you are literally camping in minutes, very quick to set up. The layout shows a dinette, THIS DOES NOT HAVE A DINETTE, IT HAS A TABLE & CHAIRS. I couldn't find the layout with just table and chairs. The seats on the chairs lift up for more storage. Letting it go with a new large outdoor mat, 25' 30 amp extension cord, leveling blocks, the entire 5th wheel hitch in excellent condition, bike rack, 4 water hoses plus other stuff. I pull it easily with a Ford F250. It is ready for camping. $24,800.00 8603775309
