LF-216 model, 24 ft. long x 8 ft wide. Includes appliances, A/C, heater, water heater, pump. With high ground clearance, plus appliances & heater that run on LP gas, and battery compartment with room for 2 batteries, this is a great 5th wheel for "roughing it." But it's also very comfortable to stay in for longer periods at a campground with full or partial hookups!Has one (manual) slide-out bedroom, exterior awning, roof rack & ladder, spare tire & wheel with carrier bracket, large exterior (enclosed) LP gas tank, 3/4 bathroom, microwave, gas oven/cooktop, gas/electric refrigerator/freezer, gas heater, gas water heater, kitchen faucet/sink, Venetian blinds, FOUR beds, electric lights, electric (AC) water pump, 10 gallon fresh water tank, interior storage (we added extra storage capacity). Will include heavy duty, free-standing propane camping grill. Two beds are Full size (1 is a convertible sofa)!Tows like a dream! Exterior & interior in good shape; good tires (2 new); running gear, road lights, brakes in working condition; gas, electrical, water & sewage system all function properly.Have to give up camping, so time to find a new family that will enjoy this 5th wheel as much as we did!
