Like new! A light weight RV designed to be towed by a half ton truck with a five and half foot bed. 2016 Open Range RV Light Fifth Wheel 31 ft. with 3 slides. Used very little. 4 season RV, equipped with R-38 floor and roof insulation values, including all slide out floors, with a fully heated underbelly provided by direct vent heat from the high efficiency Atwood furnace. A large residential sized sofa, pub chairs that recline, CD/DVD player w/bluetooth (executive package). 3 burner range, oven, microwave, hood vent, high rise faucet and movable island which provides even more storage. 5 drawer pull out pantry cabinet. The bedroom suite has slide out wardrobe, dual night stands, under bed storage and plenty of room to move around in. In the bathroom, there is a corner shower, vanity and linen cabinet. Has protective coating on exterior and interior and 1 year remaining on warranty. Fireplace, washer/dryer combo (never used), 39 in flat screen, DVD player, AM/FM/CD player with outside speaker, canopy with lights, outdoor rug, front power stabilizing jacks, air, outside shower, hitch included as well as cover for storage. I am selling this fifth wheel trailer because I am living with my girlfriend now and want to buy a house together. I have been living in this trailer year round since 2014. I bought this from an older couple from Ortonville that used it only a few times down to Florida. It is in great shape. I had the whole trailer buffed and waxed last year. I had the roof membrane treated and sealed too. It has air, heat. 3 slide outs, ceiling fan, microwave, shower,queen bed, full width closet, insulated belly for cold weather living. I replaced the refrigerator this summer. I installed a regular refrigerator, not the ammonia style RV refrigerator. It was too costly to replace and the new refrigerator runs less electricity than the old one. Lots of storage around the trailer with a awning too. I don't have a truck so i never pulled it. The layout is very nice. The bedroom is in the front with the shower and toilet. The living room is in the back with oak cabinets and drawers and counter top for your tv and entertainment. It has cable jacks in the living room and bedroom for cable tv. I have lived in it in the winter and it stayed pretty warm. I had mini walls around it with insulation board attached to it, so the tires have been out of the sunlight and are in great shape.
