This 38RSSA is in like new condition and is only 1 year old. My wife and I purchaed this loaded Mobile Suite RV in Feb of 2016 with every single option available for this model including Travelers Package and the Full Timers Package although this RV was never used as a full timer. We only made one trip to New England last summer and two local trips to Orlando. Selling because we're planning to move up to a motorized RV for longer distance travel in the future. private 1-owner unit recently traded in , the condition of this coach is outstanding,the exterior gelcoat is smooth and shiny and the graphics show no sighn of pealing , no leaks , no pets , no kids, this was owned by an elderly couple that went on a monthly summer vacation until recently.the interior is fabulouse with a $5000 dollar real teakwood floor and new carpet, things look new, there are many upgrades throughout, soapstone counters(very high end), cheery cabinets,satin hardware and moet faucet.stainless microwave,stove , oven , refrigerator, deep style sink,ceiling fan , and yes a washer dryer, 2 tvs and dvd player and satalite.there are 4 awnings and all are bran new, tires are g rated and look good with no dry rot, power levelars in front / manual in rear, there are 3 slide outs and all 3 work perfectly with the awnings for protection over the top, the 2 slides face each other and are full super wall slides, this make for alot of room and allows this coach that is 36ft to be a full rear living coach, with 2 lazy boy chairs and sleeper sofa and entertainment system and pull out computer station. the bedroom slide has the wardrobe closet to allow for massive storage and the nice thing is the queen bed stays straight to make it easy to get to both sides, there is a tv and also a WASHERDRYER.please do some reading on the glendale product they are all season weather units with oversized holding tanks , full framed units with towing capacity, excellent gelcoat and graphic package that doesnt seem to peal, lifetime aluminum roofs etc. basically they are the mercedes of the rv world.

local trade, used for vacations , never lived in , no smokers , no kids , no pets, the interior shows outstanding, great layout with rear living and fireplace, 4 slides offering the largest square ft area to live of any fifth wheel, high end woodwork and fixtures,corion counters,ceiling fan , ducked a/c and 2 units one in the bedroom and the other in the living room that can be adjusted seperately.next to the fireplace is an office space for your computer and an extra matching chair . the coach is a full sleeper queen sized.well equiped kithcen with the usual like stove, oven , microwave ,rerigerator, delta faucets, and interior accents that make this unit better than the rest.the master bath shows as never being used and has a larger than normal shower with gorgeouse fixtures and coloring, tremendouse storage as well, and yes finally a unit with a king bed. 2 tvs and dvds with surround sound and the monster package with the boom box, dont forget central vacuuming. and thats just the inside.the exterior has a power awning , leving jacks power front and rear, dual a/c units, dual batteries, with on off switch.sky lite in the living room , 4 slides, new tires( last trip 6 hours no blowouts no tire rot), and this wyoming is a full laminet unit. no rust, no delamination, no leaks , no mold, this is a superior unit.and yes it has the artic package
