This gorgeous 2013 5th wheel is a one time owner, & very well kept trailer. It is 2 bed, 1 & 1/2 bath with many upgrades that include: big kitchen with wrap around counter space, double sink, upgraded side by side fridge, washer & dryer combo, custom winter skirt ($2,000 value), out door kitchen which includes plenty of storage, mini fridge, counter space, sink, & 2 burners. This is great for outdoor entertainment without tracking in mess inside. The half bath opens to the outside so there is also no traffic going through the trailer which comes in handy with messy little ones. Everytime this trailer has been moved we sweep off the slides to keep clean, the trailer is washed at least 3-4 times a year, we take great care in the roof & have washed it with roof soap and sealant at least once a year. Elecgtric auning is in great condition. We took out 2 of the original couches for more space in the back bunk & prefered a recliner for comfort but all couches are included. All hoses, filters, and attatchments are included. This has been such a great trailer but we now are looking to purchase a toyhauler for camping needs. $100 cash to whomever shares to the buyer!
