Clean and shed kept tripple slide camper. New tires installed in summer of 2016 and made one camping trip, less than 500 miles on tires. Has 2 AC units, one ducted and one non ducted. Electric jacks on the front and manual stabilizers in the rear. All appliances in good working order. Takes 50 amp service. Has a remote control that operates jacks, slides and awning. Black water tank has built in flushing system. Maxx air covers installed over all roof vents. Camper is in excellent condition.

Great camper, as specially for large families as this camper will sleep up to 10 people. It has a queen bed in the master, 2 sleeper sofas, 2 bunks and a dinette that will convert into a bed. The camper has 3 slides, is 37' 4" long, dry weight is 10035, hitch weight 1865, 60 gal fresh water tank, 76 gal grey water and 38 gal black water. The black water tank has a flushing system. It has power front jacks, power awning and an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, sink and 2 burner cook top. There is a remote control that operates the slides, jacks and awning, they can also be operated from the panel in the camper. Has 3 TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living area. New tires were installed in March of 2016. Camper has been kept under a shed when not in use since it was purchased.
