The kids are grown up and it's time to downsize to something I can tow with a half-ton pickup. Very good condition. Has 6 new tires bought in June 2016 before camping season. 1 1/2 bathroom. Toy hauler area is a separate living area with a sliding door. 50 Amp. 2 AC units. 3 slides (master bedroom, living room, toy area). Toy hauler ramp is half width. Good for motorcycles, bikes, kayaks. Can get a narrow four wheeler inside. Might get a 1 seater Polaris, but not a big one. Toy hauler couch raises on rails with electric motor to allow loading gear. Tie downs at front and rear of toy hauler area and on ramp door. Onan 6000W Generator works great and has 72 total hours on it. Generator last used 2 nights boondocking in July 2016. All plumbing and electrical work fine. Slides operate smoothly. Refrigerator works. Electric awning works. Have a new 18' awning fabric that hasn't been installed. Alpine stereo works with speakers inside and outside. Interior is in very good shape. Shows some wear, but no tears or stains in fabric.
