Excellent condition. RV has been stored under a car port. It has only been on two trips. Includes a propane generator - ONAN GENSET 6.5 LPG. Interior color is Chocolate. Includes 24" bedroom TV, Dyson Vacuum, 23 cuft residential refrigerator.Quad slides, a rear living area including a fireplace, and a king size bed are what make this 3X fifth wheel by Open Range unique. There is a spacious kitchen area as you enter with a walk-in pantry, counter space, L-shaped counter including a large kitchen sink, plus a range. You will also enjoy an overhead microwave and a full size refrigerator. Dining table with four chairs, plus theater seating for two with cup holders. A sofa stretches across the rear of the unit that folds out into a queen size bed and also features overhead cabinets. Opposite the theater seats is the entertainment center with 50" TV including curio cabinets on either side and a fireplace below. The front bedroom has a king bed including nightstands, a chest of drawers with TV above, and a front wall wardrobe with mirrored doors, plus a closet that has been prepped for a washer and dryer.
