2008 Jayco 31.5 5th Wheel Bunkhouse Like NEW always kept in a heated building since new. Washed and cleaned every time back from camping waxed once per year, used about 2-3 per year. I am very particular would be an understatement. Never had a pet in it or smoked in, it is in perfect shape. Cleaner than most new ones on the lots. The camper weights 8260lbs empty.
