We are selling our Heartland Elkridge Express 5th Wheel. It is a 2012 model that we purchased new in the spring of 2013. The model is E25 (not E26 as shown on the model description). The length is 29 ft. The weight is 7500 pounds empty which makes it easily towable with a 1/2 ton pickup. I tow it with my Ford F150 and it pulls very nicely. There is nothing wrong with it at all and everything works like new.Equipment includes: gas furnace & ducted air conditioner (both operated by a centrally located thermostat), power front jacks, manual rear stabilizer jacks, electric & gas water heater. Kitchen includes 2-door refrigerator with freezer, microwave, gas stove, gas oven, double sink, pantry, and a lot of cabinet space. Living area includes couch, 32" LCD television, crank-up TV antenna with booster, cable/satellite TV jack, stereo w/ CD player & aux. port, with indoor & outdoor speakers. Bathroom includes porcelain stool, sink & shower, mirror w/ medicine cabinet. Accross from the bathroom is a large clothes/coat closet. Upstairs bedroom includes queen bed, closet, storage shelves & a sliding door for privacy. Outside includes large awning, outside shower at rear, two large 30 lb propane tanks (one on each side in cabinets).We purchased a nice aluminum 5th wheel kingpin stabilizer, which makes a big difference on a 5th wheel for stabilization, which I will include in the sale.We love the camper and are only selling it because we haven't used it much the last couple of years and it is too nice to not be used.
