This is a great family 5th wheel RV! Two bedroom and sleeps up to 8 people. 2 slide outs, in living room and in rear 2nd bedroom which has bunk bed and fold out lower bed. Fold out Couch in living room Large refrigerator. Hitch has been converted to gooseneck. I have the 5th wheel hitch also which goes with it. Central heat and A/C, entertainment center, Onan 4K generator for truck bed goes with it. Currently set up with Gooseneck hitch but I have the 5th wheel hitch and it goes with it also. Lots of storage both inside and out.
This is a great family RV. Sleeps 3 in the rear bedroom/ lounge area. Couch makes into double bed. Hitch has been converted to gooseneck attachment. i have the fifth wheel hitch and it goes with it. Low mileage and use. Only selling it because I am converting to LQ horse trailer. :-) I have a 4000KW Onan generator that I may sell with it for $1k.
This model has 4 door refrigerator,3 tvs, king size bed,fireplace,automatic levelers,automatic satellite,and microwave convection oven. Large and spacious, well taken care of.It has been on blocks for the last 2 years,but can be moved if necessary.It is on a slough of Rogue River in a 55 or older park. The 5th wheel is on a double lot with storage buildings, one 12X16 with 1/2 bath, the other building is 8X12 with hookups for washer and dryer.
