This 1994 Coachmen 270 Imperial Fifth Wheel did have a water leak in the slide that left some cosmetic flaws, but other than that its in pretty good shape for its age!The water stained panel is behind the sofa, but it is not spongy or soft; just stianed. Its overall length is 28'11" and can sleep up to 4 people. Offers major appliances including ducted A/C, hot water heater, double door refrigerator, 3 burner range with oven, and plenty of storage space.
