Rare and popular floor plan! Excellent 5th-wheel for family get-aways! The separate room/bath with bunk/loft is great for privacy when needed (kids, other couples, additional family members). We originally bought to use with our family of 6, however, the extra room provided significant storage capacity when I used it to travel for work and lived away from home. Overall, it has had limited use over the last 4 years - approximately 6-8 months total. We have taken great care of her - she has new tires (higher E-rated than OEM), new vent covers, TV installed in master bed, winterized, etc. In addition to standard equipment, we have several accessories that can be included with final price negotiation.
